Global Operations Manager
Our client is a one of the biggest multinational company in pharmaceutical industry, is looking for Global Operations Manager with requirements as follows :
- Experience: Ideally 6-8 years of Facilities & Operation work in Indonesia, but would consider other relevant managerial experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferably Management or Engineering)
Global Operations (GO) Manager will report directly into the Director, GO South Asia. The position leads the delivery and management of Facilities and Corporate Services to the company and all Enabling and Platform Groups. GO Manager is also responsible for ensuring that consistent, cost-effective and timely Facilities, Real Estate and Operational Services are delivered to customers within the Market/ Country.
These GO Services include but are not necessarily limited to:
- Facilities Management through managing strategic partnerships and vendors
- Business & Colleague Services
- Environmental Health & Safety, Green initiatives & Sustainability, Business Continuity Planning and Execution
- Physical Security Management
- Tactical Space Planning
- Collaborative working with GO Centers of Excellence for Real Estate transactions, Analysis, Acquisitions and Divestitures
- Business Planning, Operational Performance Management
- Continuous Improvement
Competency:
- Think strategically about operations solution
- Ensure customer satisfaction with GO and vendor provided services through delivery of measurable results such as return on assets, return on capital, EPS contribution
- Forge relationship with GO vendors to achieve a cost effective and a sustainable and high standard of services
- Partner with Risk Management to protect and ensure business continuity within the markets and its “right to operate” and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ability to multi-task and address strategic and tactical issues simultaneously
- Effective and proactive communicator, particularly across sites and multiple customers
- Fluency in relevant foreign languages (English), culture and customs
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and business development experience/ experience
- Financial analysis and business acumen skills
- Strong knowledge and experience managing capital and expense budgets
