Training Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively deliver selling skills and other training programs to improve sales
  • Design, arrange or create new and innovative training programs for the sales organization
  • Coach, train, and provide timely feedback to sales representatives in an effort to improve performance and sales effectiveness
  • Evaluate and follow up sales training results

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines from reputable universities
  • Have at least 2 years experince in retail industry, preferable in electrical appliance
  • Have a strong interpersonal skills, persistence,highly motivated and competent of dealing with people
  • Willing to travel out of town
