Agency Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Generate new business throufgh active involvement in the sales process as well as expansion of the sales force
• Motivate agents to achieve stretching targets
• Analyze profit & loss of agents under his/her supervision
• Work with profit centers to provide products and solution to customers
• Work directly with agents to improve customer service

Job Qualifications :

• At least bachelor degree from any discipline
• Min.5 years experience in sales, especially in Insurance ( Life or General )
• Great communication in English
• Nice and mature personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment
• Can do attitude and positive thinking
• Good computer literate
