Business Developmenty Asst. Manager

Job Responsibilities :

  • Focus on accelerate growth Top Multinational Brokers
  • Secure new business from current distributions channel which is Multinational Brokers
  • Meeting key performance indicators in terms of submissions; bound ratio and account servicing
  • Maximize Business opportunities to focus market all employee benefits products ( Group and Business Travel ) across all top brokers
  • Establish pipeline 2 months before quarter end of top agents, other agents; discussed meeting with respective brokers on the target list
  • Update pipeline on weekly basis by produce Pipeline reports in term of status, last action taken, win/ loss dates and reasoning
  • Liaise with UW manager/ Unit Head to do early assessment major/ key renewal account
  • Monitor & ensure all submission refferal from agents should be handled & reply within the turn around time

Job Qualifications :

  • Good understanding with Accident & Health and Personal Accident & Travel
  • Good communication skill
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Preferably have A3IK certification
  • Min. 3 years experience in Marketing & Analyst in insurance industry
  • Educational background minimal bachelor degree
