Since the last 3 years, this company opened bancassurance distribution channels open to cooperating with banking partners in marketing their products through branches and power marketers in branch offices and partner bank to bank customers. 35-year-long experience provides a solid foundation for the company developing into private life insurance companies nationwide that are supported by staff and experienced senior management.
Job Responsibilities:
- organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes
- organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- using a wide array of office equipment, such as computers, fax machines and copiers
- responsible for some managerial duties such as meeting with persons outside of the company, i.e. vendors, or ordering supplies
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or diploma for secretary
- Will be advantage have a deep knowledge about life insurance
- Self motivated
- A good communicator
- IT literate
