Policy Owner Services (Staff)

Our client is Worldwide Insurance company , one of the world's largest insurance company, which operates in Indonesia with a focus on providing financial solutions and asset management and health protection. They operates several business entities.Our client has more than 600 employees and about 9,000 professional sales force to serve more than 700,000 customers. Throughout 2010, recorded a total premium of Rp 4.13 trillion and total assets of over Rp 10 trillion.


Job Responsibilities :

• Prescreening underwriting activities of individual life insurance products to ensure the effective functionality and high integrity of the operation
• Providing day tod ay administration services and process for client from both sales channels either from agency or from alternative distribution channel.
• Respond to request from Agency or policy holders regarding policy
• Make a good relationship with other department and business partner

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• 1 -2 years experience in the same area
• Good knowledges in Life Insurances product
• Highly orientation to details
• Result oriented
• Good teamworker
• Able to operates the office support computing programs ( MS Excel, Office and Outlook )
