Our client one of the multinational FMCG Companies, is currently looking for Sr. National Key Account Manager position, with below responsibilities and requirements.
Sr. National Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales result and growth in National Key Account Chain
- Develop Key Account Team Strategy and Key Initiatives guidelines for Key Account Team
- Manage and monitor total trade fund budget in National Key Account Chain
- Set and define trading term framework guidelines for National Key Account Chain
- Develop Key Account Managers capabilities and competencies through an array of task delegations, coaching and trainings
- Review individual Key Account customers business plans (SWOT Analysis, Size of Prize, SMART Objectives, Value Planner and Key activities grid)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
- Min. 5 Years experience in key account management and has extensive exposure on managing modern trade channel.
- Has essential knowledge and practices of trade fund management.
- Has negotiation, presentation & coaching skills.
- Excellent relation with national key account & local key account.
- Industry background dairy, food product or FMCG.
